Boot Camp, Stability Ball, and Pilates Are Up Next
Can you believe it? If all goes as planned, there will be 7 descriptive workouts on the BlindAlive website by the end of this year. When I think about it, the grin starts at my toes and moves through my whole body. Shana Maleeff has done an incredible job naturally describing the exercise flows with Cardio Level 1and2 and Sculpting With Weights Level 1 and2. I am sure that when we go into the studio on December 20th that the Boot Camp and Stability Ball workouts will go just as smoothly. It helps to work with a pro. I feel so grateful to have Shana on the team.
Today I interviewed a pilates instructor and she is going to be great I just know it. She took me through a very basic pilates routine. Some of the descriptions will be challenging but I am confident we can do it. Pilates, for those of you who do not know, is designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles primarily. These are known as the core muscles. These muscles support the main frame or trunk of your body. It is essential that these muscles be strong in order to walk tall and fluidly. Low back pain can often be eliminated by doing these simple and powerful exercises. We will create 3 pilates workouts. One with the pilates ring, one without, and one in a chair. I am so excited about these new workouts I am about to lift off the ground! For real.
Over the next few weeks, I will be talking about the different workouts. I will provide more details so you can decide which ones will be best for you. I will have the extra equipment which is minimal, available for you on the website or links will be provided to get what you need.
Meanwhile, Cardio Level 1 and 2 and Sculpting With Weights Level 1 and 2 are ready for you to download now. CDs are also available with an e-mail to me through the website. They will all be offered through Amazon very soon as well.
You probably know by now what I like to say and I will say it over and over.
Respect yourself first and you will get respect in return. Respect your body by investing in it. A workout is a small investment with huge returns. The holidays are coming. Don’t wait for somebody else to give you a gift. Get something for yourself that proves to your body that you will take care of it. I think there is no better feeling than a body that is as strong as you can make it.
I am pretty wound up today because I am doing exactly what I set out to do this year. Will you do this with me? Let’s get healthier together. Mel Scott BlindAlive, LLC Founder and President BlindAlive.com Facebook Twitter LinkedIn
