What’s Next, Where, and When?
Now that my decisions are made and my anxiety has lessened considerably, I can feel my creative juices coming back. I know this because I feel a strong urge to learn something new. I also find myself saying to myself and others, “I wonder if…?” That is one of my favorite questions and it drives my husband a little nuts sometimes. The other day I said, “I wonder if the sun is solid or is it gas?” I had listened to a video about that and I became fascinated. Of course, he can’t answer that question and neither can I. This indicates to me that it is time to ponder about some way to channel my energy and mind. Overall, I am happy to be in this curious mindset again.
Recently, I have become rather obsessed with learning about eating a totally plant based diet, getting plastic out of my life, and the power of breathing meditations. It would be fun to talk about these subjects on YouTube, but absolutely nothing is solidifying in my brain. I am sure there are a million blogs and videos on these subjects and I am not sure I can bring anything unique to the table. Ideas are bubbling and it remains to be seen what begins to boil. I am totally open to ideas.
My plan now is to upload all the exercise programs and related materials to my YouTube channel. That will take some time because it needs to be reorganized. YouTube will be my base of operations so you might want to consider subscribing to the BlindAlive Channel if you want updates. I will also send out updates to people currently on my mailing list.
The BlindAlive Twitter feed and Face Book Page will remain. My e-mail address will stay as it is for the foreseeable future. Feel free to write to me at [email protected].
I encourage everyone who wants workouts to go get them now from the website. The website will no longer be hosting the free downloads. If your workouts are in the app only, go download them from the website so you have permanent copies.
People are being incredibly generous with their kind words and donations. I feel well loved and supported. Huge thanks to everyone.
Please everyone take care of your most precious possession. Feed it right, water it a lot, tell it you love it every day. A well loved body will love you back!
Good health to you,
Mel
