A Balanced Approach
Each month, we feature and discount one of our programs. Being the whimsical person that I am, there is no rhyme or reason for what I choose or what the price will be. I don’t even tell myself until the last minute.
This month I chose Balance Series. This is usually sold as a bundle which is already discounted, but for August, you receive an additional $10 discount. This applies to purchases made through the website and in the Eyes-Free Fitness® App.
This series is unique in that it offers progressive programs designed to take you from learning proper body alignment, to strengthening your lower body, to building body awareness with simple balance exercises, and then graduating to moving with confidence. All the exercises are easy to learn and can be incorporated into your day.
This bundle also includes the Whole Body Stretch workout, which will help improve your flexibility – a key component for good balance.

Podcast Preview For The Month Of August
The Eyes-Free Fitness® Podcast has gone to a once a month format. This month we are calling it “A Bucket of BookIts.” Lisa and I read lots and lots of books, so we thought we would share with you our favorites in the realm of health. Six books are reviewed and I mention what I am reading right now. I also give useful information about a virus you should know about.
