Eyes-Free Fitness currently offers two levels of Cardio and a Boot Camp-style workout for the blind and visually impaired. Please read our short descriptions listed below and listen to the workout samples to help you choose the ones that suit your needs before you buy.
Cardio Level One
Requires a few feet of clear space, supportive shoes, and a chair for balance. This is a fun upbeat calorie burning, low impact workout
