All of our muscles need to be stretched everyday to prevent pain and injury. This Whole Body Stretch developed specifically for the blind and visually impaired will do just that. Most of the stretches are done in a chair. There are a few standing stretches and floor or bed exercises.

If you feel you've been slowed down by permanent or temporary health conditions, or you have significant weight to lose, these workouts may be for you.Most exercises can be done either seated or standing, and in whatever configuration best meets your needs. I discovered the Blind Alive Workouts late last year, was really impressed with the idea of having actual workouts I can follow, and decided to give it a try. The gentle workouts are great.
