What is a Boot Camp workout?
It is called “Boot Camp” because it is a military style workout. It is fast paced to keep heart rate up and it builds strength at the same time. It is truly not for the feint of heart.
Shana, our fitness expert has designed a 30 minute, high intensity Boot Camp workout. I heard an initial recording today. Once again, she has nailed the description. I will make a few changes but she is a natural which you already know if you have heard any of the other programs.
The exercises are arranged in 2 sets. Each individual move is 45 seconds for the first set and 30 for the second. This is such a great way to do it because psychologically it seems easier that way. There are push-ups, high-knees, and much more. They will be fully described in the flow of the workout just like our other workouts. I will record more detailed descriptions on the website and youtube.
