A Workout for Almost Everyone
Our featured workout for this month is my favorite, hands-down, and for many reasons. The person who provides the instructions has a voice like liquid gold, and makes listening a pleasure. I like that I can workout either with the full instructions, or just basic prompts. However, the thing I like the most is that this workout is doable by nearly everyone.
When we started designing this workout, we had in mind people with significant amounts of weight to lose or health issues that made it difficult to get on and off the floor. That’s why the entire workout is done standing. As development progressed, we realized what a benefit this workout would be for all people, and decided not to focus on one particular segment of our population. After all, you can modify the workout to make it easier or harder. It is not high-impact, so there are no jumping jacks or the like. Still, you get all the heart-healthy, calorie burning benefits of interval training.
