Lisa demonstrates the Meditation Studio app by Gaiam and Peggy talks hummus in this episode of "Let's Eat!"
To make hummus, you will need:
- 2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed (1/3 cup beans reserved for garnish).
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 or 3 cloves peeled garlic or a few teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons Tahini.
Blend all ingredients. Add two or so tbsp.. of olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Continue to blend until smooth and garnish with remaining chickpeas.
