April means it is time for some fun! Our stability ball workout is a total body program. For some reason working out with a huge ball makes me feel like a kid. You will need hand weights and the right size ball. We have recommendations on our Favorite Product Picks Page. Your body will shape up in time for Summer.
All Blind Alive programs are designed and tested for people who are visually impaired. They are highly descriptive audio programs, and visual cues are not required. For some programs, basic equipment is recommended, and we have linked to some of our favorite resources to help you find what you need. Others can be done with a sturdy chair without wheels. None of the programs need more than a small amount of space in which to work.

BlindAlive is adding new exercise programs all the time - currently across five types of activity: Cardio Exercise, Weight lifting with Body Sculpting, Yoga, Pilates, and Whole Body Exercises. BlindAlive also offers an Entry Level Bundle for those who have little to no experience with exercise, or want to finally get back into the flow.
In each area, you will find multiple challenge levels. We suggest buying the program bundle in your area of interest to progress, give yourself additional choices, and save money. Whether you have never exercised before or are a competitive athlete, you will find the perfect program for you.
