Our Whole-Body Routines help find balance and ease throughout the day. They are designed to give access to a wide range of stretches to mobilize and strengthen your body.
The Gentle Workout Set is a series of four, twenty minute routines: A light warm-up and stretch, a gentle but effective cardio workout, an upper body and core session, and a program to work your lower body and improve balance.
Most exercises can be done either seated or standing, and in whatever configuration best meets your needs. Consider alternating the workouts by completing one every other day, or doing more as you are able. We think you'll love these gently challenging workouts. With exercises accessible to everyone, it's time to say Goodbye to excuses and Hello to good health! To do this work out, you will need: A sturdy chair, supportive shoes if you choose to use them in your workout, light hand weights or two cans of the same weight, and a small to medium towel.
