Welcome to our Yoga Programs
Yoga is amazing! Even if you only spend one hour a week, you will experience the benefits of the practice. If you can do more than that, you will certainly experience more results. Yoga involves stretching and core strength exercises and actively engages the breath. You do not have to be flexible to practice yoga.
In our Yoga selection, we offer three programs: Chair Yoga, Slow Flow Yoga and Gentle Yoga.
For chair yoga, a simple chair with no arm rests is perfectly suited. For the Slow Flow Yoga Program and Gentle Yoga Program, you can use an exercise or yoga mat for comfort and safety.
The first one is our Chair Yoga Program. It is the perfect introduction to yoga, easing you into a complete workout without needing to lie on the floor. All the poses are either in or supported by a chair.
The second program is our Slow Flow Yoga Program. It is designed around the sun salutation’s series of poses. Sun salutations calm the mind and strengthen the body. You will feel accomplished and relaxed with this flowing routine.
Our third is Gentle Yoga. This program happens exclusively on the exercise or yoga mat. There are no standing poses in this sequence and so there are ample options to modify to suit the individual practitioner.
