Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga gives you the benefits of yoga, but keeps you off the floor. This yoga sequence strengthens, stretches, and relaxes. All you need is a sturdy chair without arms.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga is a thoroughly described introduction to a basic yoga flow called Sun Salutations. These poses promote strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. This is for beginners and people who want a basic yoga practice to follow. All you need is a good yoga mat and maybe a blanket. Joseph Simek guides you with his velvet voice.

Gentle Yoga For Beginners

This yoga sequence warms, strengthens, and relaxes your whole body. All poses are done on your yoga mat. There are no standing poses. It is not intimidating at all. This one is truly accessible.
